Competitive pay with growth opportunities Employee merchandise discounts (15-30%) Access to brand Pro Deals Health insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) with company match (after qualification) Flexible, respectful scheduling What We Offer A positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture Opportunities for long-term growth and role expansion Hands-on training and leadership support A team that values pride in work, humility, and collaboration Schedule & Hours Weekend and holiday availability required 40 hours a week (One weekend off per month provided) Training & Onboarding Employee policy packet provided before or on your first day Direct onboarding with your supervisor First 90 days serve as a probationary period with regular check-ins and on-the-job training Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Deliver exceptional, personalized service in-store and over the phone Build genuine connections and guide customers to the right products Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately Stay informed on promotions, new arrivals, and store events Support sales goals through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling Teamwork & Communication Collaborate effectively to support daily operations Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and respect Assist with peer training and onboarding when needed Merchandising & Store Operations Receive, unpack, and restock merchandise efficiently Maintain clean, organized sales floors, fitting rooms, and checkout areas Follow visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions responsibly Store Safety & Maintenance Uphold store safety and loss-prevention standards Support stockroom organization and general upkeep Growth & Innovation Take initiative in personal and professional development Share ideas to enhance customer experience and store efficiency Stay current on outdoor and lifestyle trends What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of retail or customer service experience (required) Comfort with POS systems, merchandising, and transactions Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Commitment to at least 2 years with the company Availability for weekends and holidays
