Orange, TX Job Details Part-time $9 - $11 an hour 8 days ago Benefits Gym membership Qualifications Health club Teamwork Organizational skills Account management Gym Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Supplement Store Associate and Gym Membership Coordinator. This role combines retail sales, customer service, and fitness support to create a positive experience for gym members and supplement store customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting supplements, vitamins, and fitness accessories based on their goals and needs Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Manage gym memberships, including new member sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and account updates Explain membership options, pricing, and gym policies to prospective members Answer phone calls and customer inquiries regarding memberships and products Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays Restock inventory and monitor product levels Promote gym memberships and supplements to increase sales and member engagement Build positive relationships with members and customers to encourage retention and repeat business Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in fitness, health, and nutrition Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic sales and cash handling experience preferred Comfortable using computers and membership management systems Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Previous retail, gym, or supplement sales experience is a plus
