MUST BE 21+ to apply Job Overview We are seeking a Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at checkout. Experience at a gas station or smoke shop is highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Operate cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
• Scan items, bag merchandise, and provide receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Upsell products or promotions to customers
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
• Supervise junior cashiers when necessary Skills
• Prior experience in a gas station or smoke shop is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and providing correct change
• Ability to upsell products and promotions effectively
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
• Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for communicating with diverse customers
