We serve vehicle owners throughout the DFW area and beyond, helping clients navigate the insurance claims process and get their vehicles back to pre-storm condition fast. We are expanding our sales team and looking for high-performing, field-proven closers who are ready to capitalize on storm season. About the role As a D2D Sales Representative, you will be the face of Ironwood PDR in the field. You'll work targeted neighborhoods and storm-affected areas to identify hail-damaged vehicles, educate vehicle owners on the repair and insurance process, and convert prospects into scheduled appointments. This is a high-activity, high-reward role built for serious sales professionals. What you'll do Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and identify hail-damaged vehicles through direct door-to-door outreach Educate vehicle owners on the PDR process and guide them through the insurance claims process Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and close on-the-spot appointments Coordinate with the Ironwood PDR operations team to schedule and confirm repairs Self-manage your daily territory, pipeline, and follow-up activity Consistently meet and exceed weekly production targets Compensation 1099 independent contractor position 100% commission-based, your effort directly determines your income Top performers earn six figures annually Uncapped commission potential What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience is required - but we'll consider driven candidates who are hungry to learn and willing to put in the work Proven track record of closing in a D2D or field sales environment. Required Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. Required Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license required Exceptional communication, persuasion, and people skills Self-directed, disciplined, and highly motivated Resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally High energy and a competitive, can-do attitude Experience in PDR, roofing, solar, or insurance sales is a strong plus What Ironwood PDR provides Comprehensive onboarding and PDR / insurance claims training Ongoing field support and leadership access High-demand, storm-targeted territory assignments
