Assess business clients' energy needs, understand their goals, and provide tailored energy solutions Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Prospect and engage with new customers to promote energy products and services Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts Educate clients on energy benefits, available plans, and enrollment processes Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnerships Qualifications of the

Customer Sales Associate:

Previous experience in sales, energy related field, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and closing sales Ability to work full-time and maintain a consistent schedule Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
