What You'll Do:

Interact directly with customers to assess pest control needs, answer questions, and explain service options Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate customers on pest prevention and treatment solutions Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training to develop technical knowledge and stay up to date on industry best practices Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset Communicate customer feedback to management to help improve services and overall experience
