The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage inventory and merchandising, support and motivate staff, and help grow sales while maintaining a fun and welcoming store environment. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and grow business operations Ensure excellent customer service at all times Monitor, supervise, and motivate staff Hire, train, and support new employees Manage inventory, assist with ordering merchandise, and track stock levels Keep the store organized, visually appealing, and regularly update product displays Prepare reports and provide updates on store performance Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards Requirements Must be over 18 years old Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Experience with inventory management and merchandising Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Retail management experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items Schedule [Full-time / Part-time - you can specify] Must be available during store hours, including weekends Why Join Us?
