The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities at once. In this role, you will open and close the store, run the sales floor, drive sales, assist customers, and supervise associates in the owner's absence. You will also help with social media content and assist with setting up and running in-store events. This position is well suited for a motivated team player who takes initiative and works well both independently and with others. Duties Open and close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation. Drive sales by actively engaging customers and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Greet customers warmly and deliver a high level of customer service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling. Assist with social media content (e.g., TikTok and Instagram). Stock and merchandise products so displays stay full, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including receiving and inventory. Supervise sales associates and oversee the floor in the owner's absence. Assist with setup, hosting, and breakdown of in-store events. Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the shift. Skills Strong sales ability and a proven track record of meeting goals. High energy and a genuine, customer-first attitude. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Driven, motivated, and able to take initiative without close supervision. Team player who works well with others and supports the group. 1+ year of retail experience; keyholder or opening/closing experience strongly preferred.
