This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about new products, and creating a welcoming retail environment. Sales Associates are responsible for helping customers find the right products, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service. Team members will also assist with maintaining organized displays, processing transactions, and keeping the store clean and stocked. We're looking for someone dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting. Product knowledge can be taught, but great customer service and a strong work ethic are a must. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Help customers select products and answer basic product questions Verify customer age and follow all store policies and regulations Process cash and card transactions using the POS system Maintain clean and organized product displays Restock merchandise and assist with inventory Help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment Skills Basic sales and upselling ability Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience Ability to learn and retain product knowledge Attention to detail and organization Reliability and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Friendly, approachable personality Problem-solving and customer assistance skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy helping customers, and want to be part of building a great shop culture from the ground up!

Pay:
