Retail Showroom Associate

Role Overview We are seeking a professional, warm, and energetic Retail Showroom Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. This role blends sales, customer support, and showroom presentation. A self-starter with a teachable attitude will thrive here. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance Guide clients through flooring, finishes, and material options Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing showroom Assist with quotes, invoices, and basic sales documentation Prospect for new clients and follow up with leads Manage samples, displays, and inventory updates Support designers and installers with project coordination Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries Earn commission on retail showroom sales Qualifications Experience in flooring sales preferred Retail experience preferred Professional attire and communication Warm, energetic personality Self-starter with strong initiative Teachable and willing to learn product knowledge Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, POS) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer $15 per hour + commission on retail sales Full-time or part-time availability Consistent 9 AM - 5 PM schedule On-the-job training Professional, growth-minded work environment
