Our mission is to elevate beauty, embrace diversity, and empower our community by offering quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for friendly, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and application techniques Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their hair care needs Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stocked shelves Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges Help with inventory management, including restocking and receiving shipments Support social media promotions and in-store events as needed Uphold store policies and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (not required) Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clientele Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving a diverse customer base Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
