Car Wash Team Member

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Wash Team Member to join our professional team. This role involves providing exceptional vehicle cleaning services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and friendly service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle care, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in car wash operations, detailing, or custodial work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in vehicle detailing, buffing, window tinting, and janitorial services while contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior car washes using various cleaning tools and products Conduct detailing tasks including vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and window cleaning Apply window tinting services when required with precision and care Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and stored Assist customers with their vehicle needs in a friendly and professional manner Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Perform light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to keep the facility tidy Drive company vehicles as needed for mobile wash services or transportation of equipment Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience in car wash operations, detailing, buffing, or custodial work preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques for vehicles including window tinting is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results on every vehicle Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred for driving company vehicles or mobile services Prior janitorial or custodial experience is beneficial but not required Join our team to deliver top-quality vehicle care while developing valuable skills in a supportive environment.
