The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment. This position requires a blend of sales skills, cash handling experience, and basic math proficiency to ensure smooth operations in our grocery store setting. 7-ELEVEN experience will be PLUS!!! Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized shopping experience. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing items as needed. Engage with customers to promote products, answer questions, and enhance their shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills, including retail math, for accurate transaction processing. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
