This role focuses on helping customers understand and choose the right AT&T wireless and internet solutions through face-to-face interactions. No prior telecom experience is required. We prioritize communication skills, work ethic, and personality over resumes.
What You'll Do:
Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment Explain AT&T wireless, internet, and device options in simple terms Recommend solutions based on customer needs Assist customers through account setup and service selection Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer experience Work toward individual and team performance goals
Great Fit If You Have Experience In:
Bartending or serving Restaurant or hospitality environments Retail or customer-facing roles Fitness, sports, or competitive team settings
