Job Overview Join our e-commerce team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences. In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products, offers expert advice on lighting, ventilation, and pest control, and ensures our store remains inviting and well-organized. Whether assisting with solar products or managing e-commerce orders, your positive attitude and organizational skills will make a real impact every day. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs related to lighting, ventilation, and pest control products. Assist customers in selecting products, offering expert advice on the phone or online chatting. Operate the online order system and the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and retail math calculations. Fulfill orders in a timely manner. Accurately pick, check, and pack goods according to order information. Stock shelves accurately, organize displays creatively through merchandising techniques, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting. Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels in the e-commerce platform, and conducting regular stock checks. Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and neatness of the goods in the warehouse area, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that the records match the actual stock. Maintain knowledge of product features such as light fixtures, ventilation equipment, pest control products, and related accessories to educate customers effectively. Handle customer inquiries via in-store interactions or online channels with clear communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities. Experience Previous (e-commerce) retail and warehouse fulfillment experience are preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service, positive work attitude, excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork are essential. Familiarity with light fixtures, solar products, and ventilation/building products enhances your ability to assist customers confidently. Experience with e-commerce such as Shopify and the POS systems and cashiering ensures smooth transactions at checkout. Strong organizational skills to manage stocking routines and merchandising displays efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging a broader customer base. Basic computer operation skills.
