- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in
SMOKE SHOP/VAPE SHOP
is preferred, but not required- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales experience, such as electronics or wireless, is a plus
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
