Front Desk Pro

We are a thriving Gymnastics and Dance Academy located in Richmond TX who are passionate about providing great service to our customers while valuing and encouraging our employees for growth.

SCHEDULE:
The schedule is 20 hours per week from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of customer service experience is required. Familiarity with gymnastics and dance is needed . For example, if you took gymnastics or dance classes as a child that would be adequate experience. Fluent in Spanish. Knowledge of Google suite , Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System, and phone systems is required. Experience with iClassPro is preferred. A background and credit check is required for all front desk employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent and friendly customer service at our front desk through in person interactions, phone calls, or email requests. Create timely and accurate reports and marketing material to support business activities. If you're ready to bring your customer service skills to a fun, energetic team, apply today!
