Are you sales-driven, customer-focused, and ready to crush goals? Join Lumber Liquidators and help customers create the floors and spaces they love—while earning competitive pay and performance bonuses! What You'll Do Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom. Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations. Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally. Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales. What We're Looking For High school diploma or

GED. 1-3

years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus. Forklift certification required prior to operation. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
