SUMMARY OF POSITION

Retail Production Assistants are responsible for sorting and processing textiles and wares. The RPA is expected to be courteous and professional while upholding the Goodwill values of -Empowerment, Public Trust, Respect, Innovation, Quality, and Safety.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, AND DUTIES

Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing Maintain production levels to achieve store goals When required, courteously address customer complaints, referring to the Store Manager or Crew Leader as necessary Ensures inventory is distributed efficiently within store fixtures Accept donations from the general public as needed, providing donation receipt upon request from the donor Provide excellent customer service Maintains a clean, organized work area that is presentable to the general public and meets agency standards Attend scheduled meetings as required Perform custodial duties as necessary Adhere to and enforce all safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent injury to others or him/herself and damage to any property, equipment, and/or inventory Embrace the core values of the agency in the spirit in which the agency operates at work and in the community Contribute to the fulfillment of department and agency objectives and goals Comply with all department and agency policies, procedures, and regulations Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
