Job Description

VIC Executive Holdings is currently hiring a Retail AT&T Assistant in the Dallas, TX area. This full-time, in-person position focuses on customer support, retail sales assistance, and helping customers navigate AT&T wireless and internet solutions in a retail environment. The Retail AT&T Assistant will work directly with customers to answer questions, explain available products and promotions, assist with account support, and contribute to daily store operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, retail sales, and telecommunications while working in a team-focused environment.
Retail AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions related to AT&T products, wireless plans, internet services, and promotions Support daily retail operations by providing professional customer assistance in a store environment Help customers compare products and services based on their needs Process customer transactions and assist with account-related requests Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed transactions Stay informed on current AT&T products, pricing, and promotional offers Collaborate with team members to support store performance and customer satisfaction Maintain professionalism and follow company guidelines during all customer interactions Assist with general customer support and follow-up when needed
Ideal AT&T Retail Representative:
Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail environment Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
