Once Upon a Child Rosenberg is looking for Store Associate/Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you love kids' fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping and dealing with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
✅ Greet customers and make them feel welcome ✅ Assist customers with questions and help them find what they need ✅ Sort, buy, tag, and hang apparel according to store guidelines ✅ Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked ✅ Handle customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner ✅ Operate the sales terminal and process transactions
What We're Looking For:
Friendly attitude, even when handling difficult situations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable and able to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Capable of lifting to 40 lbs. independently Comfortable with bending, reaching, and stocking merchandise in a retail setting Experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required) Why Join Us?
