As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in person to educate them on AT&T products and services while creating a positive customer experience. The AT&T Sales Associate role is centered around face-to-face customer interaction, relationship building, and completing new sales in a professional environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating solutions clearly, and achieving goals in a fast-paced setting. Every AT&T Sales Associate plays an important role in representing the AT&T brand, helping customers choose services that fit their needs, and driving business growth through customer-focused sales strategies. Whether you are building experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications, the AT&T Sales Associate position provides hands-on training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate Engage with customers directly in person to discuss AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled service options. Educate customers on promotions, pricing, devices, and service features as an AT&T Sales Associate. Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional and personalized service. Complete new customer enrollments, upgrades, and service activations accurately and efficiently. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals in the AT&T Sales Associate role. Answer customer questions and provide solutions based on their communication and technology needs. Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotional offers. Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems and tools. Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Associate team members to support daily sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm during all customer interactions. Requirements for an AT&T Sales Associate Previous sales customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for the AT&T Sales Associate position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment. Comfortable speaking with customers directly and building rapport in person. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced setting. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized. Willingness to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends as needed.
