Ebike Sales Associate / Bicycle Enthusiast Venture Sports Ebikes - Round Rock, TX Part-Time or Full-Time Available $20-$28 per hour depending on experience Do you love bikes? Do you enjoy helping people? If so, we'd like to meet you. Venture Sports Ebikes is a growing electric bike dealership serving the Austin and Round Rock area. We carry leading ebike brands including Aventon and Velotric and help riders find the perfect bike for commuting, recreation, fitness, and adventure. We're looking for a friendly, dependable bicycle enthusiast who enjoys talking with customers and wants to be part of a growing business. Whether you've worked in a bike shop before, worked in outdoor retail, or you're simply passionate about cycling, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Help customers choose the right ebike and accessories Conduct test rides and product demonstrations Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries Assemble and prepare bikes for sale Install accessories and perform basic bike adjustments Process online orders and assist with shipping Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming Support local events and community rides What We're Looking For Passion for bicycles, cycling, outdoor recreation, or ebikes Friendly and professional communication skills Strong customer service mindset Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable learning new products and technology Ability to lift and move bicycles up to 80 pounds Weekend availability is preferred Bonus Qualifications Previous bike shop experience Bicycle mechanic experience Retail sales experience Shopify or ecommerce experience Photography, video, or social media experience Experience with Aventon, Velotric, Trek, Specialized, Giant, Rad Power, or other bicycle brands Compensation & Benefits $20-$28 per hour depending on experience Employee discounts on bikes and accessories Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time opportunities available Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business Why Work Here?
