About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. You'll help customers find the products they need, provide recommendations, process transactions, and contribute to a welcoming and positive shopping environment. What You'll DoCustomer Service & Sales Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions Answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and store promotions Store Operations & Merchandising Restock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise as needed Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and organized Maintain clean, attractive, and organized sales areas Assist with merchandising displays, promotional events, and seasonal setups Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management Support stockroom organization and inventory management activities Team Collaboration & Store Support Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards Maintain a safe, clean, and professional store environment Assist during busy periods and adapt to changing store priorities Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills Basic cash handling and computer skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, cashiering, merchandising, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
