Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Retail Site Leader for a direct hire opportunity in Round Rock, TX. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who enjoys staying active, coaching from the front, and creating a high-energy service environment where customers and team members have a great experience. As a Retail Site Leader, you will oversee daily operations at an express retail service location, lead and develop team members, maintain site standards, and help drive performance through strong customer service, efficient operations, membership sales, and team accountability. - Lead daily site operations to ensure strong customer service, efficient workflow, and consistent quality standards.
- Work alongside the team in a hands-on environment while coaching, training, and motivating employees.
- Develop Assistant Leaders and Team Members for future advancement opportunities.
- Monitor membership sales, labor costs, site cleanliness, safety standards, and overall site performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete basic repairs to help reduce downtime.
- Maintain ownership of the site's appearance, culture, productivity, and profitability. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000
- $65,000 (including monthly bonus potential)
