Sales associate Retail Customer experience About the role We're looking for people-first, energetic team members who thrive in fast-moving spaces. You'll be the go-to person on the sales floor — helping customers find what they need, and bringing a genuine enthusiasm that actually moves product. If you're building a career in retail, hospitality, or operations, this role gives you real reps across sales, inventory, and team dynamics. What you'll do Welcome customers and provide personalized, helpful service that turns browsers into buyers Run POS transactions accurately — cash, card, returns, and everything in between Lead product demos that highlight real benefits and create natural upsell moments Keep merchandising displays fresh, stocked, and visually on-point Handle customer inquiries by phone with professionalism and a friendly tone Help onboard new team members and hold the standard when supervisors need backup What you bring Strong communicator — you connect easily with all kinds of people (bilingual is a plus) Some retail, grocery, or customer-facing experience; comfortable with cashiering and basic math Solid working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Natural ability to upsell by listening well and matching products to actual needs Professional phone presence for remote customer support Any experience leading or mentoring teammates is a definite bonus Ready to join the team?
