We are looking for a results-driven retail sales associate who can achieve sales goals by building relationships, providing products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will achieve high levels of engagement, motivation, and performance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services Welcome customers in the store and answer their questions Process POS (point of sale) purchases Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper inventory management Maintain a clean and tidy store area Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service Continuously strive for high levels of engagement, motivation, and performance Achieve goals and objectives by following processes and procedures Report on performance to management team regularly Perform other duties as assigned by management team Skills Must be 18 years of age or older.
