Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
  • Utilize technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits to customers
  • Conduct wireless sales transactions and activations ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Multilingual skills are a plus As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and organized. If you have previous retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
