REQUIREMENTS
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be required.RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to work at Club Pilates Quarry Market and/or Club Pilates Canyon Creek in San Antonio.Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assigned
