Cashier/Sales Associate

Duties Operate the Clover POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges with speed and precision Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product questions and offering personalized recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping experience Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and store presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile register totals at shift end Use phone etiquette skills to answer customer inquiries professionally and assist via phone or online channels when needed Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers, including bilingual abilities for broader reach Knowledge of Clover POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking and organizing products efficiently Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
