Vape Store Sales Associate: Part Time 25 -30Hours / week

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Vape Store Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for servicing customers in a retail setting by identifying customer needs and making appropriate recommendations while striving to drive company revenue. We are seeking to fill a part time position roughly 20-25 hours per week. The Sales Associate position is the most important job in our business. As a Sales Associate you are doing much more than selling, you are the face of the business to our customers. Your most important job is to educate our customers and provide excellent customer service. We focus on providing a welcoming environment for each customer that walks through the door by offering stand out customer service in a clean, organized, and comfortable setting. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, self motivated, detail oriented, a problem solver, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers in and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Receive orders and manage the point of sales system Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock and help to identify store needs Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations Prepare product issue reports Enter and process customer transactions Attach customer information on every sale to assist in learning customer preferences and enhance the customer experience Investigate and resolve customer complaints Merchandise product for maximum appeal and ease Executing company processes Cash register and deposit handling Maintain scheduling commitments

Qualifications:

Vape industry experience required Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to adapt to process improvements in a growing business Ability to build rapport with customers Ability to self motivate, and a desire to continually grow and improve Attention to detail when receiving and ringing products Ability to problem solve and learn new skills Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
