is looking for a dependable, hardworking Hardware & Lumber Yard Sales Associate to join our team. This position involves helping customers, loading materials, stocking inventory, and keeping the store and lumber yard organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist customers with hardware, building materials, tools, and lumber purchases Load and unload customer vehicles safely and efficiently Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and lumber inventory Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training available if needed) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and lumber yard Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions Assist with deliveries, inventory counts, and daily store operations Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Ability to lift heavy materials regularly Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Friendly attitude and willingness to help customers Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, lumber, or construction materials is preferred Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Team-oriented with good communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth and advancement Hands-on training Supportive team environment Full-time and part-time opportunities available If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and learning about hardware and building materials, we would love to have you on our team.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
