WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum of one year automotive dealership sales experience required Luxury automotive experience preferred but not required Professional appearance and demeanor required Strong communication and customer relationship skills Motivated, energetic, and career-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment Excellent follow-up and customer service skills Must be comfortable working internet leads and showroom traffic

HIGH-LINE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Mercedes-Benz BMW Porsche Audi Lexus Jaguar Land Rover Bentley Rolls-Royce Maserati Acura Infiniti Cadillac Genesis Volvo Domestic brand experience is also welcome. We are looking for proven automotive professionals with a track record of success.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one year automotive sales experience 100% clean background required 100% clean driving record required Valid driver's license Professional business attire required for all interviews No exceptions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work showroom, internet, phone, and referral opportunities Maintain CRM follow-up activities Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale Maintain high CSI standards Achieve monthly sales objectives Represent Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land professionally at all times
