In this role, you will be a key part of our operations helping customers with their sales and lending needs in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Qualifications:

Punctual. Organized. Must be at least 18 years old. Bilingual (English and Spanish). Pass a background check. Ability to handle a cash register. Strong work ethic. Ability to think on your feet and common sense. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven and inquisitive. Able to work extended periods on your feet. Negotiation skills. Reliable transportation. Able to work some 9 am to 8 pm shifts. Able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers and identify their specific needs accordingly. Effectively enter and process customer loans and provide detailed explanations of pawn services to the customers. Investigate and resolve customer concerns. Maintain the store in a presentable manner and ensure that routine tasks are completed proficiently with minimal oversight. Responsabilidades:

Dar la bienvenida y saludar a los clientes e identificar sus necesidades específicas.
