We sell parts for washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, air conditioners and furnaces. Responsibilities:

Give great customer service, and greet each customer with "Good Morning Welcome to

U-FIX-IT

" Connect with customers at the counter and on the phone Work with Store Manager to ensure the store is running efficiently Assist customers with sales and diagnosis, educating them on old and new products, resolving problems Cross reference and locate parts Follow up on customer orders and inquiries Assist customers with carry out of large or heavy items Keep the store stocked and clean, and product displayed and organized, and the area around the store clean and professional, including parking lot, entry, and any landscape Prepare store for business at the beginning of day (clean and straighten) and close the store each night Take on additional tasks as needed, such as social media management, web order fulfillment, etc.

Schedule:

Monday:

8:15 am

• 6:15 pm

Saturday:

8:45 am

• 4:15 pm Plus 2 to 3 other days during the week Approximately 36.

5 hours per week Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, up to 48 hours per week (with paid overtime)

Requirements:

Retail sales experience, military, or some college Good verbal communication skills Able to work on feet all day Keyboard by touch, 40 WPM Basic Windows computer skills Able to lift 40 lbs. Valid Driver's license
