Visual Storytelling:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of new arrivals, focusing on styling and product details.

Daily Engagement:

Manage daily postings across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Stories, Reels, and Feed posts.

Caption Strategy:

Write engaging, brand-aligned captions that drive comments and clicks.

Community Management:

Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of customer service. Sales & Customer Experience

Style Consultations:

Assist in-person customers with styling advice, fit questions, and outfit building.

Inventory Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of current stock, upcoming launches, and seasonal trends.

Digital Sales:

Manage & comment to buy & workflows or website orders stemming from social media promotions. Merchandising & Operations

Visual Merchandising:

Assist in floor sets and window displays to ensure the physical space matches the digital aesthetic.

E-commerce Support:

Assist in prepping items for product shoots, including steaming, flat-lays, and basic photo editing. Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years in retail sales or social media management (boutique experience is a plus).

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and Canva. Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools is highly preferred. Eye for

Detail:

A strong sense of aesthetic and an ability to stay ahead of fast-moving trends.
