Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Cart Attendant and bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to our members and guests! In this position, you will be the face of the beverage experience on the course, delivering beverages and snacks to our members. You must have a positive attitude and great member service mindset to provide the best experience, making every round enjoyable and engaging. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with outdoor recreation. Responsibilities Serve a variety of beverages and snacks efficiently from the beverage cart, ensuring timely delivery to players on the course Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, adhering to sanitation standards and food safety regulations Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems by Club Essentials, handling member charges and credit card payment processing Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management for replenishment Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Skills Understanding of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that encourages member engagement Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for credit card handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with members and guests and team members This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in an outdoor recreational setting.
