We are looking for a reliable, motivated team member who can support both sales/customer communication and warehouse operations. What you'll do: Assist customers in-store and help answer product questions Respond to Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, and other customer inquiries Support sales by helping close deals and following up with customers Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for basic business tasks Help maintain organized inventory and warehouse flow Assist with cleaning, testing, and preparing appliances for sale (training provided) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor appliance repairs Assist with loading/unloading appliances using dolly or forklift What we're looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, social media, and online messaging platforms Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Comfortable with some physical work and moving appliances when needed Able to multitask and handle both customer interaction and operational duties Nice to have: Sales or retail experience Facebook Marketplace or social media sales experience Appliance or mechanical experience Bilingual skills are a plus Please do not miss this opportunity to grow with a high-volume operation.
