AT&T Team Member:
Engage with the community to promote AT&T internet and entertainment services through dynamic presentations Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth onboarding and account setup for AT&T customers Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T service packages using proven strategies Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up to ensure top-quality customer service Collaborate with your team to drive AT&T sales growth and improve overall campaign performance Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to helping customers stay connected Requirements for an
AT&T Team Member:
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus (retail, hospitality, or outreach preferred) Reliable transportation to our Austin office and local events Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset As an AT&T Team Member, you'll receive full training in customer service and telecommunication products, grow professionally while promoting AT&T, and join a team that supports career advancement.
