Do you have experience selling cars on the Internet, at a new car, or pre-owned dealership? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with auto sales management and/or customer service experience. In this role, you will help increase overall sales for our dealership as you generate leads for our sales team, negotiate a variety of business deals and keep our entire staff informed on industry trends and customer needs.

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

Outstanding Customer Service Automotive Sales Representative Job Requirements:

Automotive Sales Representative in dealership retail new or pre-owned car experience Auto dealership Internet experience Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Solid working knowledge of the Internet Familiarity with automotive financing Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
