Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Doorman to join our team at The Station Bar in Herriman. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of all employees and guests, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and security of all employees and guests by being aware of all persons in the establishment at all times.
- Performing an ID check on customers at the bar entrance to verify legal age prior to admission.
- Monitoring main and side doors to restrict unauthorized entries.
- Maintaining control of access to the bar.
- Verifying that the people seeking entry are not obviously intoxicated or carrying weapons or contraband.
MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
- Previous experience in a security or doorman role is preferred. Strong observational and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
