Job Description
Your performance will set your pay. Looking for a motivated person who loves to talk with customers, build relationships, and make sales. Must have at least 1 year of selling experience (in any field) and can show increases in sales over that period of time. Have excellent verbal/communication skills Motivated by setting goals and reaching/exceeding them Has a "Can Do" attitude! Most of all this person must want to be part of a team that works together! We are a full service tire and automotive shop. Everything from tires and brakes to engines and transmissions. Position will include but not be limited to:
- Providing service and tire estimates for customers
- Opening or closing the store as needed
- Working Saturdays
- Some days will require longer hours than scheduled, others will be short
- Some days there will be customers that will be upset and you will have to calm them down and find a way to make them as happy as they can be.
- You will work hard at this job and if you live to talk with customers and make friends you will love this job, if not, this is not the position for you.
