We are looking for motivated, dependable team members to join our warehouse operations team as Auction Listers and Pickup Associates. ResponsibilitiesAuction Lister Duties Inspect merchandise for condition and completeness Photograph products for online auction listings Write accurate and detailed product descriptions Research products to identify specifications and retail values Organize inventory and maintain listing quality standards Work efficiently to meet daily listing goals Pickup Associate Duties Assist customers during scheduled pickup hours Locate and retrieve purchased auction items Verify invoices and customer information Load merchandise into customer vehicles safely Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Provide excellent customer service Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail Basic computer and smartphone skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Warehouse, retail, inventory, photography, e-commerce, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual team members Problem solvers who take initiative Individuals comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team players who enjoy helping customers and coworkers Candidates willing to learn and grow with the company Benefits Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts Paid training Fun and energetic work environment Full-time and part-time opportunities available Listing Bonuses Schedule Monday through Friday Some Saturdays may be required Flexible scheduling options available If you're looking for a rewarding position with a growing company and enjoy working around a wide variety of merchandise, we'd love to hear from you.
