Sales/Shirt Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales/Shirt Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will blend your artistic talents with your sales skills to craft stylish, eye-catching shirts that resonate with our customers from our 40+ years worth of locally drawn designs. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive sales and elevate our brand presence, making each customer interaction memorable and inspiring. Duties Collaborate with the customers to design their ideal Moab shirt using our large selection of Locally drawn designs Assist in visual merchandising efforts to showcase shirts effectively, creating appealing displays that attract foot traffic Manage the sales process from greeting customers to closing transactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform future designs and inventory decisions Maintain knowledge of product features, fabric qualities, and sizing details to answer customer inquiries confidently Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments—fashion industry experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Basic computer skills Join us and be part of a longstanding Moab staple dedicated to showcasing the beauty of this area.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
