We're seeking someone who enjoys creating positive customer experiences, works well in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining an inviting and organized store. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for helping customers find products they love, providing knowledgeable recommendations, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Duties Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner Build positive relationships through excellent customer service Learn product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer needs Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges through the point-of-sale system Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales areas Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Support store opening and closing duties Help maintain store standards and contribute to a positive shopping environment Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
