Sales Team Member:

Be an energetic and fun Responsible for merchandising and keeping the floor organized and clean Leverage selling tools to maximize sales and impart product knowledge to the customers Requirements and expectations: Demonstrates professional etiquette and demeanor A team-oriented individual that is highly motivated Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity Strong communication and people skills Customer-focused Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours- which include day, evening, weekends, and holidays Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine core skills in POS, cashiering, customer service, and merchandising with a keen eye for product placement and healthy store presentation. You will engage customers, build relationships, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Your multilingual and e-commerce capabilities will support diverse customer needs and online-offline sales initiatives, contributing to a rewarding shopping experience.
