Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Provide knowledgeable guidance on vehicles, customer needs, or services to enhance customer satisfaction Process transactions accurately using cash handling, paperwork, organization. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor/area to ensure an inviting shopping environment Reaching out to customers, answering any questions/concerns, setting appointments, and showing vehicles. Utilize software and maintain your book of business, and provide support for customers who have already purchased (if needed) Skills Experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on sales growth Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and provide clear information, answer questions/concerns, helping them find a vehicle that suits their needs.
