Free Ski Pass Monthly Sales Commissions Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Located in beautiful Park City, UT The Mountain West's premier outdoor retail/rental shop, Switchback Sports, is hiring full-time Sales Associates. This is a Full Time/Year Round job with benefits and a flexible work schedule to maximize your time outside. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard in the ski and bike industry. We're looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Running point of sale Learning and staying up to date on ski and bike equipment Assist customers in finding clothing and equipment that will allow them to enjoy their time outside Assisting guest with rental equipment Work with ski and bike equipment (No ski technician experience is required, but it is recommended for the Repair Technician position. We provide full training.)
