Sales Associate Blickenstaffs - 3.6 Provo, UT Job Details Part-time $10 - $15 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Basic math Retail merchandising procedures Merchandising display arrangement Retail math Full Job Description Blickenstaff's is looking for fun energetic individuals to fill the role of Retail Sales Associate. If you love toys and games, this is the job for you! The Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products Blickenstaff's offers. The Sales Associate is expected to continuously update their knowledge of Blickenstaff's magical products and regularly use this knowledge to help customers have a magical and fun experience. It is also the store associates responsibility to maintain the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Sales Associate Requirements:
Retail sales experience is preferred. A professional appearance. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
