We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Car Rental Agents to join our team at Salt Lake City International Airport. In this exciting role, you'll help travelers get behind the wheel quickly and confidently—whether they're flying in for business, family visits, or mountain adventures. Every day brings fresh faces, fast-paced activity, and opportunities to provide exceptional service in one of the most vibrant travel hubs in the country. Currently hiring for swing shift.
What You'll Do:
Welcome customers with a positive attitude and guide them through the rental process. Explain rental options, upgrades, and protection packages that best fit customer needs. Ensure smooth check-ins and returns with accurate documentation and vehicle inspections. Collaborate with the fleet and service team to ensure cars are clean, fueled, and ready to rent. Handle customer questions, payments, and logistics with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Positive, outgoing personality and ability to stay organized in a busy environment. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must work weekends. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
